About Anronaut
Anronaut GmbH was founded in 2002 and, under the leadership of Dr. Sjur Vestli, has been intensively engaged in autonomous transport systems and mobile robotics from the very beginning. Since then, the technology has been further developed and forms the basis for today’s ATS.
Anronaut offers Autonomous Transport Systems (ATS). The company is independent of vehicle manufacturers and technology partners. Our many years of experience and high level of expertise enable us to find the optimal solution for customer-tailored and reliable ATS systems for our clients.
In June 2024, Linde Material Handling, a leading global manufacturer of forklifts and warehouse equipment as well as a provider of services and solutions for intralogistics, successfully acquired Anronaut. The acquisition was part of a strategic move to strengthen the mobile automation business and expand the product portfolio.
Since then, the new managing director has been Rolf Huber, Vice President of KION ITS EMEA Switzerland at the KION Group.

Dietlikon/Otelfingen - Linde Material Handling, a KION Group company and leading global manufacturer of forklift trucks and warehouse trucks as well as a provider of services and solutions for intralogistics has acquired anronaut GmbH. The acquisition was made as part of the strategic strengthening of the mobile automation business and to expand the product range.
